Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of Dryout Masters LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at dryoutmasters.com, or by engaging our restoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dryout Masters LLC.
Services
Dryout Masters LLC provides professional water damage restoration, storm damage repair, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, asbestos remediation, sewage cleanup, contents restoration, and related emergency services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our services are performed by IICRC-certified technicians using industry-standard equipment and techniques. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of services for each project are determined during our on-site inspection and are documented in a written service agreement prior to the commencement of work.
Service Agreements
All restoration and remediation projects require a signed service agreement or work authorization before work begins. The service agreement will outline the scope of work, estimated timeline, pricing structure, payment terms, and any applicable warranties. Emergency mitigation work necessary to prevent further damage may be initiated with verbal authorization, followed by a written agreement as soon as practicable. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of your service agreement before signing. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented in writing and require your approval before proceeding.

- You, as the property owner, are ultimately responsible for payment of all services rendered, regardless of insurance coverage or claim outcome.
- We will make reasonable efforts to work within your insurance company's approved scope and pricing, but additional work beyond the covered scope may be necessary and will be your responsibility.
- You are responsible for paying any applicable deductibles directly to Dryout Masters LLC.
Emergency Response
Dryout Masters LLC provides 24/7 emergency response services for water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and other urgent restoration needs. Our goal is to arrive on-site within 60 minutes of your emergency call; however, this is a target and not a guarantee. Actual response times may vary depending on factors such as current call volume, weather conditions, traffic, distance to your location, and the availability of technicians. We will communicate an estimated arrival time when you contact us and will make every reasonable effort to respond as quickly as possible.
